Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback to management, assist in inventory counts, and uphold company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
