Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards of organization, customer service, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
