Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and maintain store security.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking merchandise and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
