Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations such as cashiering, merchandising, and stocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
