Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures, uphold security measures and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Skilled in handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently.
• High School diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
