Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain cleanliness, organize shelves, and handle inventory accurately.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
