Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
