Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a top-notch appearance and provides excellent customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will be an essential part of creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
