Position: Store Team Member

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
