Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a Full-Time schedule averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting items up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
