Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and report to management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and handle sales transactions
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and stay organized
