We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store operations and providing exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering and ensuring a clean shopping environment, you will contribute to creating a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
