Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains the highest standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
