Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer purchases and handle general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a secure and efficient working environment.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and contribute to store improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
