Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, all while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment, stock merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
