Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our store crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
