Job Description

As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
