Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and all company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
