Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
