Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store, assisting customers with their purchases, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth in-store operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
