Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
