Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Competent in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
