Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain product displays, handle customer purchases, and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
