Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
