Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
