Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
