Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member, playing a key role in ensuring the store maintains a top-notch appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow company guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
