Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining well-stocked shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's overall cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, handle customer purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
