Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
