Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team! As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and report product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
