Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning tasks, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating relevant skills.
