Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the necessary competencies and professional skills outlined for the role
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing losses
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
