Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will engage with customers, stock shelves, cashier, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in all aspects of the role.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
