Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and contribute to inventory activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
