Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
