Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members for a seamless operation.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy through regular counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Prioritize cleanliness and adhere to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience a plus.
