Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and maintain attractive displays.
• Operate cash registers with precision and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate courteous and prompt customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
