Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various duties such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's customer service standards.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register effectively.
• Experience in retail settings and general cleaning tasks preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
