Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
