Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with our team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and interpreting company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
