Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, participate in inventory counts, and ensure cash policies compliance.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
