Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
