Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Aptitude for operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus.
