Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards of customer service and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses
• Follow company procedures while upholding confidentiality and security standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cashiering and operation of store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards for cleanliness
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Compliance with alcohol handling regulations as required
