Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance by stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
