Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and ensure accuracy in store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to offer courteous service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Competence in operating equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
