Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the ALDI team will be key to your success in this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
