Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a valuable member of our team, you will focus on merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
