Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrating ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
• Processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhering to cash policies and company procedures for loss prevention.
• Performing general cleaning duties and upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
