Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stocking duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
